What's new in ElectricCommander?

ElectricCommander version 4.0 improves software application quality and cloud resource utilization by adding a built in software artifact repository and management system, and by adding policy-based cloud resource management and integration with Eucalyptus 3.

New features and recent enhancements include:

• Artifact management:
  • A new system providing a flexible, scalable and secure repository to store and index the output of build jobs, as well as all other artifact types associated with software development processes. Ensures the integrity and consistency of all the software components which pass the build process, the test process, and eventually, the deployment process.
• Improved resource flexibility:
  • Users can configure resource assignments based on dynamic policies like disk space or load/CPU utilization.
  • Automatic scaling of resource pools to support development process requirements while keeping consumption within policy defined limits.
• New resource integration:
  • Along with our extensive plugin library, we now support Eucalyptus 3.0.
